The ruby-red wine with purple reflections is very fruity, with hints of cherry, morello cherry, green pepper and vanilla.
Flavorful, with medium body, its tannins are pronounced but not sharp. There is a great continuity and the aftertaste respects the olfactory sensations.
Extra virgin olive oil with the protected geographic indication (IGP) of Tuscany is obtained from the following variety of olives: 50% Leccino, 40% Frantoio, 10% Moraiolo. The olives are stripped off manually and picked into nets placed on the ground. Cold-pressed. Yellow-golden color, going slightly into greenish, medium fruity of green olives with a slight flavor of cut grass and leaves of olive trees.
