A brief history of the farm:
The farm was established in 1987. It has been organic for more than 20 years and since 2001 the Cinta Senese pig has been reared in respect of the surrounding area, used as wild pasture and in the rotation of the land owned for proper maintenance. The number of animals on the farm has never exceeded 70, including breeding animals. Processing is carried out entirely on the farm.
The principles and ideals of the producer:
On the farm the biodiversity of the natural environment and all breeds are defended: animals plants that throughout history have been selected for the sustenance of the farm. It is a seed bank for more than 50 types of vegetable and fruit varieties.
Opinion on the use of GMOs:
It has never been used and is not in favour. The farm is against it.
