From experiment to productive reality, saffron, adopting a management similar to the vineyard. This means greater manoeuvrability and management with inter-row machinery, cultivated with green manure (thus avoiding weakening the soil), and at the same time an excellent flowering for our bee friends.

In addition, the Millefiori project is aimed at providing continuous and scalar flowering in the cultivated land. For the production of millefiori honey of proven and guaranteed quality, and to provide a safe source of nutrition for the bees.

The company is a small family-run business, fuelled by passion and dedication to beekeeping, aimed at quality production.

Bees are "bred", which means to safeguard an asset that belongs to everyone, biodiversity.

They are bred in hives trying to conduct a closed cycle, which means they breed their swarms which will become families in production, they produce and sell bees, queens, honey and pollen.

Production is extensive, as they practise NOMADISM. They move their hives to produce mono-flora honey and follow the blooms at various times of the season in the Tuscan territory.
