The farmhouse is immersed in the green Tuscan countryside, only 3 km from the blue beaches of Vada. You can smell the scent of the sea and the tranquillity of the countryside. The structure consists of 5 two-roomed and 8 three-roomed comfortable and naturally air-conditioned apartments.

You will spend your holiday in a spacious flat with an independent entrance and an equipped private space in the garden. All this will allow you to enjoy a holiday in complete safety and tranquillity, a holiday definitely deserved to return to normality and to recover some serenity.

At your disposal the 16 x 8 m swimming pool and all the open spaces of the farm.  A private covered parking area is reserved for each flat.

The farm grows cereals, tomatoes, vegetables and fruit, and offers customers the opportunity to buy freshly picked seasonal vegetables.

The context is ideal, in the open countryside, a few kilometres from the sea, near the medieval villages of Bolgheri and Castagneto Carducci, and the Wine Road of the Etruscan Coast.

The cities of art such as Volterra, Pisa, Siena and Florence can be reached by car in a short time.
