The agritourism IL CIPRESSO is located in the heart of the plain of Vada on the COSTA DEGLI ETRUSCHI of LIVORNO at km.2,5 from the sea, an optimal position to visit the beautiful art cities of TUSCANY. It's a completely renovated environment, has two-room flats, rooms with private bathroom, a shared kitchen, and one-room apartments with private bathroom, all on the ground floor. On request breakfast service, furnished in Tuscan style, outside, garden, barbecue, gazebo, parking. It's family-runned by Barbara and Giancarlo and the farm produces and makes available to guests fruit, peaches, apricots, plums, cherries, melons, watermelons, strawberries, and seasonal vegetables, tomatoes, peppers, courgette, cucumbers, and the production of extra virgin olive oil and wine. In the country of about 13,00 ha we have more than 500 olive trees, 400 peach trees, we cultivate cereals, corn and sunflowers.

The surrounding countryside belonging to the Farm, stretches flat for 13 hectares and is cultivated with cereals, sunflowers, olive trees (with production of EXTRA-VIRGIN OLIVE OIL), orchards such as PEACHES, APRICOMPIA, STRAWBERRIES, SUSINES, APPLES etc. ... and vegetables such as tomatoes, peppers, courgette, lettuce etc. ...
TYPE OF OLIVES: moraiolo, leccino, pendolino, frantoio.
CULTIVATION: 1 (intensive).
HARVEST: strictly from the tree, begins at the end of October and ends by mid-December. The olives are picked by hand or with the help of mechanical lashers.
STORAGE: in aerated plastic food storage crates for no more than 48 hours.
PRESSING: at the "Frantoio di Croci" using a continuous cycle extraction method at low temperature from whole or stoned olives.
STORAGE: in stainless steel drums. The oil is not filtered but only decanted to separate it from the natural deposit that forms over time (usually in spring).
BOTTLING: in dark glass bottles, directly on the farm.
It is recommended to consume after 18 months from bottling and to store it in a cool, dry place not directly exposed to light or heat sources.
Do not refrigerate.
Bottles of various sizes are available (from 0.25 litres to 5 litres). Only metal cans for foodstuffs of 1-3-5 litres are used for shipping.

MAXIMUM YIELD: 14%.
