The Antica Fonte Agritourism is found at 2 km from Rosignano Marittimo and at 5 km from the sea of the Etruscan coastline, with free beaches of sand and cliff tops.

This rural complex is immersed in the green countryside of Tuscany bordering on the higher part of the Maremma. It is situated within a 57 hectare plot of land cultivated with cereal, orchards, olive groves and vineyards. A small river winds through the land.

Guests at the farm holiday can enjoy themselves doing various sports such as swimming (1 adult swimming pool and 1 children’s swimming pool), areas are provided for table-tennis and archery. Guests can go on mountain bike trips and take healthy walks.

There is a small playground where children can enjoy themselves. The farm business offers opportunities, resources and areas for educational activities.

Around the country farm house guests will find commune areas which are equipped with barbeque and furnished with natural materials respecting traditions. Photovoltaic panels have been installed on the roof of the farm business building for the production of clean energy.

The house is divided into 8 apartments from 2 to 4 beds availablem made up of 2 bedrooms, bathroom, ample sitting area with small but fully equipped kitchen, central heating, clean linens, and satellite TV.

You'll also find wash machines in the laundry room, children's lawn toys, and petting zoo.

Antica Fonte Agritourism is open year round. It has a large car park and is only 2 km from downtown Rosignano Marittimo where it's possible to find any type of service from restaurants to food shops and from pharmacies to clothing stores.

FROM NORTH

A12 Motorway
Rosignano Marittimo Exit

At the end of highway A12 turn left towards the SS1 in the direction "Roma". Take after 200 meters on the SS1 the first exit to "Vada". Turn left at the crossing. When you get to the village of Le Badie follow the indocation foe "Antica Fonte" on your left.

FROM SOUTH

SS1 Variante Aurelia
Vada Exit

After leading out form the Strada Statale 1 -SS1- (Variante Aurelia) turn left at the crossing and when you get to the village of Le Badie follow the indocation foe "Antica Fonte" on your left.
