The farmhouse is located in a privileged position in the middle of a private property of 40 hectares along the Etruscan Coast. It is surrounded by fields of sunflowers, olive trees and wheat, allowing guests to enjoy the tranquillity typical of the Tuscan countryside.

The farmhouse has 14 two-room flats divided into three completely renovated buildings.

The flats on the ground floor have a living room with double sofa bed and kitchen, double bedroom with small garden, bathroom and private gazebo at the entrance, while those on the first floor have a living room with double sofa bed and kitchen, double bedroom, bathroom and private gazebo with barbecue in the park.

The large park has 2 large separate swimming pools with large solariums, 8 barbecues, children's playground and covered parking.

Also available are free internet access throughout the property, free use of bicycles, daily staff presence, oil and wine tasting, coffee and soft drink vending machine and laundry room.
